CityListify is designed for meaningful connections, not unwanted spam.

• Do not send repetitive or unsolicited promotional messages.
• Do not post the same content excessively.
• Do not use misleading headlines or descriptions.
• Do not promote fraudulent offers or schemes.
• Do not manipulate engagement, views, likes, ratings, or reviews.
• Do not use automated methods to abuse the platform.

Businesses should provide honest and accurate information about their products and services.

Users should provide genuine feedback and avoid intentionally damaging a business through false claims or coordinated activity.

Business owners must not create fake reviews or artificially manipulate their ratings.

Reviews should reflect genuine user experiences.

Do not post:

• Fake reviews.
• Reviews written for payment or improper incentives.
• Reviews based on someone else's experience.
• False allegations.
• Personal information about employees or customers.
• Multiple reviews designed to manipulate ratings.

CityListify may remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

Content shared on CityListify should be appropriate for the community.

Do not share content that is:

• Illegal.
• Threatening.
• Extremely violent or graphic.
• Sexually explicit.
• Abusive or exploitative.
• Fraudulent.
• Designed to facilitate illegal activity.
• Harmful to others.

Respect the privacy of other people.

Do not post someone's private information without appropriate permission, including:

• Personal phone numbers.
• Private addresses.
• Passwords.
• Financial information.
• Private conversations.
• Sensitive personal documents.

If you share photos or videos containing other people, make sure you have the appropriate rights or permission where required.

Only upload content that you have the right to use.

Do not copy or upload copyrighted material without permission or a lawful basis.

Group administrators are responsible for helping maintain a healthy environment within their communities.

Group owners and administrators should:

• Establish clear group rules.
• Moderate inappropriate content.
• Treat members fairly.
• Remove spam and abusive content.
• Take reasonable steps to prevent harassment and scams.

Group members must follow both CityListify's Community Guidelines and the applicable rules of the group.

Event organizers are responsible for providing accurate event information.

Do not create events containing:

• False information.
• Fraudulent offers.
• Dangerous or illegal activities.
• Misleading locations or dates.
• Unauthorized use of another organization's identity.

Organizers should update or cancel event information when circumstances change.

Do not use CityListify to deceive or defraud other users.

Examples include:

• Fake businesses.
• Fake offers.
• Payment scams.
• Phishing attempts.
• Identity theft.
• Fake investment opportunities.
• Fraudulent services.
• Misleading fundraising campaigns.

If something appears suspicious, report it to CityListify.

You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of CityListify.

• Unauthorized access attempts.
• Hacking.
• Malware distribution.
• Scraping user data without authorization.
• Exploiting security vulnerabilities.
• Circumventing platform restrictions.
• Creating automated accounts to abuse the service.

Businesses and creators are welcome to promote their products, services, events, and content.

Promotional activity should be:

• Relevant
• Honest
• Non-deceptive
• Respectful
• Compliant with applicable laws

Avoid excessive promotional posts or unwanted messages.

If you believe that content or behavior violates these Community Guidelines, please report it through the available reporting features or contact CityListify.

When reporting, provide enough information for us to understand the issue.

We may review reported content and take appropriate action.

Depending on the nature and seriousness of a violation, CityListify may:

• Remove content.
• Restrict content visibility.
• Remove reviews or listings.
• Restrict certain account features.
• Suspend an account.
• Remove verification status.
• Permanently terminate an account.
• Take other appropriate action.

We may take immediate action when necessary to protect users, businesses, or the platform.

If you believe an enforcement action was taken incorrectly, you may contact CityListify or use any available appeal process.

We may review the relevant information and determine whether the action should be maintained, modified, or reversed.
