You remain responsible for the content you submit.

You must not upload or share content that is illegal, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, defamatory, misleading, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.

5. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews and ratings should represent genuine user experiences.

• Do not post fake reviews.
• Do not manipulate ratings.
• Do not publish reviews in exchange for improper benefits.
• Do not create multiple accounts to influence ratings.
• Do not post misleading or fraudulent information about a business.

CityListify may remove reviews or ratings that violate these Terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use CityListify to:

• Commit or promote illegal activities.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Spread malware or harmful code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
• Scrape or collect user information without authorization.
• Spam users or businesses.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Upload copyrighted material without permission.
• Manipulate listings, reviews, rankings, or platform features.
• Use the platform for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

The CityListify name, logo, website design, branding, software, graphics, and original platform content may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit CityListify's protected materials without prior written permission.

Users retain ownership of content they lawfully submit, subject to the rights and permissions necessary for CityListify to operate and display that content on the platform.

8. Business Information & Third-Party Content

CityListify may contain information submitted by businesses, users, advertisers, or other third parties.

We do not guarantee that every listing, review, business detail, price, offer, address, phone number, or other information is always accurate, complete, or up to date.

Users should independently verify important information before making decisions or transactions.

9. Transactions Between Users & Businesses

CityListify may help users discover businesses and services, but unless specifically stated otherwise, CityListify is not a party to transactions between users and listed businesses.

Any purchase, booking, payment, service agreement, refund, cancellation, or dispute between a user and a business is generally between those parties.

10. Events & Groups

Users and organizations may create events and groups. Creators are responsible for the information, activities, rules, and content associated with their events or groups.

CityListify does not guarantee that an event will occur as advertised or that a group will operate without disputes or interruptions.

11. Privacy

Your use of CityListify is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and handled.

We aim to keep CityListify available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be:
