Child Safety Policy

CityListify does not tolerate content or behavior that exploits, abuses, endangers, or sexually harms children.

We take reports involving child safety seriously and may take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting accounts, suspending users, and reporting matters to appropriate authorities where required by law.

CityListify strictly prohibits:

• Child sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Sexual content involving minors.
• Sexualization of children.
• Grooming or attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors.
• Requests for sexual images or content involving minors.
• Sharing, requesting, possessing, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Using CityListify to facilitate sexual exploitation or trafficking of children.
• Any attempt to arrange or encourage sexual activity involving a minor.

Users must not use CityListify to:

• Target children for inappropriate or exploitative purposes.
• Contact minors for sexual or abusive purposes.
• Encourage children to move conversations to private or unsafe channels for exploitative purposes.
• Request personal or intimate information from children.
• Arrange meetings with children for harmful or exploitative purposes.

Users should not publish a child's sensitive personal information without appropriate authorization.

This may include:

• Home address
• Personal phone number
• School details
• Private photographs
• Financial information
• Private conversations
• Identity documents
• Real-time location information

Parents, guardians, businesses, and community administrators should take reasonable care when sharing information involving children.

Photos, videos, and other content involving children must be appropriate and lawful.

Content may be removed if it:

• Sexualizes or exploits a child.
• Places a child at risk.
• Reveals sensitive personal information.
• Encourages inappropriate contact.
• Violates applicable laws or CityListify policies.

If a child appears to be in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or appropriate child- protection authorities immediately.

CityListify is not a substitute for emergency services.

When we receive a credible child-safety report, CityListify may:

• Review the reported content or account.
• Remove violating content.
• Restrict or suspend accounts.
• Preserve relevant information where legally permitted or required.
• Take steps to prevent further abuse.
• Cooperate with appropriate authorities where legally required or appropriate.

We may take action without prior notice when necessary to protect a child or the wider community.

CityListify may apply minimum age requirements for accounts and particular features.

Users must provide accurate information about their age where requested and must not circumvent age restrictions or safety measures.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to discuss safe and responsible internet use with children and young people.

Parents and guardians who believe that a child may be at risk through CityListify should contact us as soon as possible.

If you believe an account or content is being used to harm or exploit a child, please report it immediately.

Where required by applicable law, CityListify may cooperate with law-enforcement agencies, child-protection organizations, or other competent authorities concerning suspected child exploitation, abuse, trafficking, or other serious safety matters.

Violations of this Child Safety Policy may result in:

• Content removal
• Account restrictions
• Account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Removal of verification
• Reporting to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate

Serious violations may result in immediate action.

CityListify may update this Child Safety Policy when necessary to improve safety, respond to emerging risks, or comply with applicable laws and requirements.
